Building Confidence, Connection, and Community

EFC Phoenix is a proud chapter of the Ever Forward Club, a national movement dedicated to transforming the lives of young people—especially young men—through mentorship, emotional expression, and deep connection.

Our mission is to create safe, brave spaces where young people can grow in confidence, build lifelong skills, and realize their true potential. Through engaging mentorship and social-emotional development programs, we work to reduce social exclusion and support youth in achieving success in school and life.

We are honored to be collaborating with:

  • Stephanie Brown, founder of Haus of Cheer Mentorship, whose passion for youth empowerment brings vibrant emotional intelligence and positivity to our work.

Haus of Cheer Mentorship x Ever Forward Club’s #MillionMaskMovement

The partnership between Haus of Cheer Mentorship and the #MillionMaskMovement represents a powerful alliance dedicated to uplifting and supporting young people—especially young women and men navigating life’s emotional challenges.

Led by Stephanie Brown, Haus of Cheer Mentorship brings a vibrant and heart-centered approach to youth empowerment. With a strong focus on emotional wellness, self-love, and positive identity development, Stephanie’s work creates spaces where young people can reconnect with joy, build confidence, and express their full, authentic selves.

Through this collaboration, Stephanie integrates the #MillionMaskMovement’s reflective tools for social-emotional learning and personal storytelling into her mentorship programming. This alignment empowers youth to:

  • Acknowledge the “masks” they wear in everyday life

  • Explore the emotions they often keep hidden

  • Build resilience through connection, truth-telling, and community care
